Bottini Properties is owned and operated right here in the Hudson Valley, serving renters throughout Dutchess County, Orange County, Ulster County and Sullivan County. We have been in the property management business for over 25 years. All of our properties are operated under the supervision of a Certified Property Manager (CPM), which is the highest designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). IREM is an international community of real estate managers across all property types dedicated to ethical business practices and maximizing the value of investment real estate. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors®, IREM has been a trusted source for knowledge, advocacy and networking for the real estate management community for more than 77 years.
